Legitimate Cause or Nations Blunder

I started writing this post with a thought but no words in my mind. I want to write a lot but to start from where is a big pain. Believe me.

First I thought what to write, what is important. Off course being a Kashmiri first thought comes in the mind is about Kashmir. I always have bitter feelings in my mind regarding the situation in the valley. There are many unanswered questions which dominate my thoughts whenever I start thinking about the cause. Why world is not caring about the Kashmir and act like duff, why can’t leaders listen the plight of kashmiris? Leave about the world why can’t Indian leaders come forward with good intentions. Off course one important question also comes in the mind that, is it legitimate to ask for freedom from India and are people right by asking freedom, are we in right direction in our cause and if we are not in right track is there anything we can do so that world can reach us and we can reach them. Is there anything we can do better so that Indian leaders and civil society will realize?
First and most important question is why can’t we live with India. I tried my best to convenience myself at several occasions that India is best for us in fact myself as a computer engineer have far better future in India that any part of world besides experiencing many hard times in India as being a kashmiri. Recent one was when immigration guy at airport asked so many questions to me when my colleague from other part of India was given passage with respect and wishes. These are the small things which hurt a lot but I can’t blame whole Indian nation for a small mistake done by one citizen. I don’t blame Indians because what I believe is that they lack the factual information, which has been kept behind the carpet since the occupation by Indian leaders and media. It is very unfortunate that there is so much to tell to the world about the plight of Kashmiri people and no one is caring about. Problem is not if you don't know but the problem is if you had been feeding with wrong facts. Kashmiri do not hate Indian but at the same time they want the freedom from all occupied forces from all the regions including Pakistan side of Kashmir. I believe Indian media has done major damage when it comes to Kashmiri cause.
Answer for my first question comes from the fact that when the nation is betrayed by false promise then it is very hard to gain the confidence of the people. When your base itself is wrong you can’t make a building to stand for long. Same is the case with Kashmir. India promises something in 1947 which Kashmiri are still waiting for so whatever Indian govt tries it is difficult to make them understand that India is for Kashmiri. What I experienced being a kashmiri is that it is deeply rooted in the hearts of kashmiris that India can’t be ours and we can’t be Indians. For this we can’t blame Kashmiri, India is also responsible by time by time. Proof for that is that India slowly and slowly scraped RPC (CuConstitution of Kashmir) which was the backbone of Kashmiri politics.
So if the cause is legitimate then second question is, are people taking the cause on right direction. Simple answer is that when people from Kashmir can make the cause alive from last 62 years with same passion as our grand fathers were having then it should be the right direction. Only misery is that in our 62 years of struggle we have experienced 10 odd years of violence and unfortunately those 10 years have dominated other 52 years in the minds of all Indians and even unfortunately to people around the world though people from Kashmir are most peace loving people. Proof is that out of 62 years only 10 years of violence have been experiences in kashmir though whole nation has different thoughts regarding their rulers in all the times since 1947. So from my point of view you can’t see Kashmir in the context of 10 bad years. You have to look from the start till current date.
Simple answer for my question why world is not standing by kashmir is that every country in the world wants some part out of growing Indian Economy since India is growing in every sense so economics is what most of the countries in the world will be interested with. You can’t expect Obama giving priority for Kashmir than his own sinking economy. Only country in the world was Pakistan who himself in the re habitation state. They have already started showing Kashmir in Indian map. So we can’t expect any kind of sympathy from that nation.
The future for the cause which is a big worry in the minds of every peace loving Kashmiri is that the cause has to be taken to logical level without much damage done to the society in terms of education, health care, economy etc. Our leaders must have to think out of box and have to give the new directions without depending much on other powers in the world. Also we should forget the UN help in the cause which is an obsolete organization when it comes to solve any issue which of Muslim interest. Kashmiri cause is beyond the individuals. It is not in the interest of one person it is for whole nation.
I hope something comes best for the people of kashmir and also to Indian nation.
Thanks for your time. Feel free to comment.

Some real facts about Kashmir and India

1. Maharaja who signed accord with India was not a popular leader, and was regarded as a tyrant by Kashmiris. They were fighting for independence from Maharaja's rule like Indians and pakistanis were fighting from Britishers. It is India's hypocrisy, as it refused to recognize the accession of Junagadh to Pakistan and Hyderabad's independence, on the grounds that those two states had Hindu majorities (in fact, India occupied and forcibly integrated those two territories).

2. Indian forces were in Kashmir before the Instrument of Accession was signed with India, and that therefore Indian troops were in Kashmir in violation of the Standstill Agreement, which was designed to maintain the status quo in Kashmir

3. Fed up with the negative attitude of Indian new rulers pampered by himself, Gandhi finalized plans to travel to Lahore and settle down there to create peace and harmony between India and Pakistan. Gandhi had already written to Jinnah about his desire to settle down in Pakistan. Jinnah said Gandhi was most welcome and invited him to come to Karachi. But Gandhi decided to travel by road to Lahore and settle down there. Plans were finalized for Gandhi and the fifty families to start their journey to Lahore on February 14, 1948. Exactly one fortnight earlier Godse assassinated Gandhi. Had Gandhi carried out his plan he would have been a nuisance for Mountbatten, Nehru and Patel because he would have worked for Indo-Pakistan reconciliation. He had already been totally marginalized in the Congress thanks to his erstwhile loyalists, Nehru and Patel. But the same Gandhi after death became the global brand image for the Congress Party. Surprisingly there is little or no mention by historians of Gandhi’s plans to settle down in Lahore.

3. Claims of human rights abuses have been made against the Indian Armed Forces and the armed militants operating in Jammu and Kashmir.2005 study conducted by Médecins Sans Frontières found that Kashmiri women are among the worst sufferers of sexual violence in the world, with 11.6% of respondents reporting that they had been victims of sexual abuse. Some surveys have found that in the Kashmir region itself (where the bulk of separatist and Indian military activity is concentrated), popular perception holds that the Indian Armed Forces are more to blame for human rights violations than the separatist groups. According to the MORI survey of 2002, in Kashmir only 2% of respondents believed that the militant groups were guilty of widespread human rights abuses, while 64% believed that Indian troops were guilty of the same. This trend was reversed however in other parts of the state.

All about Kashmir

State is called Jammu and Kashmir though India is ruling Kashmir whether democratically or by force I can't comment on that because i am not a politician neither am I journalist. Why should you also care about unless you are from Kashmir and you are affected by on going political struggle. Since people governing UN are not affected personally so they even don't care. By the way who is UN? May be he is the security advisor of George Bush's wife. Why should they care about Kashmir. Ohh yes I forgot to tell you what I intended to write this blog. So As India is ruling the Paradise but most of the Indian's don't know what is Jammu and what is Kashmir. Even Media doesn’t know. You know why. Because camera doesn’t work in Kashmir due to Red snow particularly camera which is made in India. And Unfortunately Kashmir’s are also using the same camera because Cross LOC trade is not yet opened. Any how a few media agencies belonging to Kashmir are trying to shout in closed glass rooms but poor man nobody is listening them. I don't understand why they are still trying.10 million kashmiri people shouted but nobody heard them. May be they are shouting in sign language. They are bad people. why they are shouting in sign language. Even why they are fighting for freedom when india has given them millions of security people. If i am right security people are those who secure civilians but here is the different case they are securing their deaths.
What the hell I am writing. Whatever comes in my mind I am writing. Even I am not caring whether you are getting bored or not.
So I will provide you some pictures from paradise. Please visit Gallery.

Thank you for your patience.

Indian history

Indian History : Supposedly written by a schoolboy with all original spellings:

The original inhabitants of ancient India were called Adidases, who lived in two cities called Hariappa and Mujhe-na-Daro. These cities had the best drain system in the world and so there was no brain drain from them Ancient India was full of myths which have been handed down from son to father. A myth is a female moth. A collection of myths is called mythology, which means stories with female caricatures. One myth says that people in olden times worshipped monkeys because they were our incestors.

In olden times there were two big families in India. One was called the Pandava and the other was called the Karova. They fought amongst themselves in a battle called Mahabharat, after which India came to be known as MeraBharat Mahan.

In midevil times India was ruled by the Slave Dienasty. So named because they all died a nasty death. Then came the Tughlaqs who shifted their capital from Delhi because of its pollution. They were followed by the Mowglis. The greatest Mowgli was Akbar because he extinguished himself on the battlefield of Panipat which is in Hurryana. But his son Jehangir was peace loving; he married one Hindu wife and kept 300 porcupines. Then came Shahajahan who had 14 sons. Family planning had not been invented at that time. He also built the Taj Mahal hotel for his wife who now sleeps there. The king sent all his sons away to distant parts of India because they started quarrelling. Dara Seiko was sent to UP, Shaikh Bhakhtiyar was sent to J & K, while Orangezip came to Bombay to fight Shivaji. However, after that they changed its name to Mumbai because Shivaji’s sena did not like it. They also do not like New Delhi, so they are calling it Door Darshan.

Exercise

Walking can add minutes to your life. This enables you at 85 years old to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5000/month.

My grandmother started walking five miles a day when she was 60. Now she’s 97 years old and we don’t know where the hell she is.

The only reason I would take up exercising is so that I could hear heavy breathing again.

I joined a health club last year, spent about 400 bucks. Haven’t lost a pound. Apparently you have to go there.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what I’m doing.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.

I have flabby thighs, but fortunately my stomach covers them.

The advantage of exercising every day is that you die healthier.

If you are going to try cross-country skiing, start with a small country.

And last but not least…

I don’t exercise because it makes the ice jump right out of my glass.
